I'm Cody Jensen, owner of The Fitness Code. At 28, I was told my lifting days were over. Severe disc degeneration, doctors, the whole thing. I spent three years learning everything I could about training, recovery, and the body. I came out the other side pain-free and stronger than before. That journey is what drives everything I do now.

Since 2017, I have helped hundreds of people build real, lasting fitness. I am certified through ISSA and PTA Global, with additional certifications in TRX, Stick Mobility, and Landmine University. My whole approach is built around longevity: training that keeps you strong, mobile, and thriving well into your later years.
